based on my last visit to vegas a couple of months ago, the deal or no deal slot machine isnt a common sight. i looked around a few casinos and didnt come across it on the regular floor. sometimes older or themed casinos have such machines in off-peak areas, but news or online info is limited. if you are very intersted in finding it, i suggest directly contacting the casino concierges who may have up-to-date information. availability appears to be sporadic and subject to change over time.
