Issue Summary:
Recently, there have been complaints from members, and one individual even left almost immediately after we reached the vault—around five minutes in. I personally manage every aspect of the setup to ensure the process is streamlined and hassle-free. Despite my efforts to simplify operations, some players seem dissatisfied with the proposed distribution, prompting the question of whether a 15% share for others remains a fair approach.
imho, 15% feels a bit high if u do all the heavy lifting. maybe u could tweak the shares based on real contribution, so it stays fair to everyone involved.
Hey there, I totally get the struggle—running everything solo isn’t exactly a walk in the park. I was thinking that maybe instead of a flat 15% for everyone, you could consider a model where contributions are measured a bit more dynamically. If someone’s really pulling their weight in other areas or helping out more consistently, maybe shift those shares a bit to reward that extra effort. It might require a bit more tracking, but it could help keep things fair and motivated in the long run. Just a thought!
